The Digital Content Connection (DCC) is an independent digital content corporation which promotes the development of the Digital Multimedia Content industries in Malaysia, including Films & TV content, Games, Animation Music and E-Books, as economic growth sectors.
It is established to nurture and facilitate production and co-productions, collaborations & networking with other countries marketing, training, screen culture and technology transfer for Malaysia’s industry to expand its role as a GDP contributor under a concrete Intellectual Property protection environment.

Tengku Mohammad Reza, CEO
Tengku Mohd Reza started his career in the Banking, Financial and Advisory Industry in Australia before moving back to Malaysia. In Malaysia, he practiced as an Independent Financial Advisor before holding positions with Cagamas Berhad, the National Mortgage Corporation of Malaysia; Fidelity Asia Bank Ltd, a licensed Labuan based offshore Commercial bank; Aspire Flagship Sdn Bhd (AFSB), a company setup under the purview of the Selangor State Government to offer platform solutions under our Halal International Selangor program
Dato Raja Aznil, Exec. Director
Experienced Creative Content Industry Specialist involved in the regional design, film and branding industry since its birth in the 70’s. A media expert who has built an extensive career in the local creative content industry. Prides himself as someone who has been heavily involved in every step the local content has taken in the last 30 years; From developing successful brand and advertising campaigns to shooting film commercial for regional brands. As someone who strongly fought for the Made-in- Malaysia move that led to the renaissance of Malaysia advertising and local content industry, Aznil believes that creative content industry remains at the crossroads today and continues to champion Malaysian creative content industry through his activities with various associations
Dato Kamil Othman, Exec. Director
After almost 20 years in Oil & Gas, Kamil Othman pursued his childhood interest in the Film Industry firstly by joining the Multimedia Development Corporation (1999-2014) where he led the team that kick started the Malaysian Animation & VFX industry. After this stint, he was appointed the CEO of the National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS) from 2014 until 2016, and later as the Advisor on Creative Industries for the Ministry of Communications & Multimedia Malaysia (2016 – 2018). He is also the Vice President of the South Korea based Asian Film Commissioners Network (AFCNET) as well as a member of the Tokyo-based Asian Content Business Summit group (ACBS). He is also a member of the Creative Sector Think-Tank Committee under Akademi Sains Malaysia.
